The purposes of this meeting are to (1) consolidate the entire Committee’s understanding of the current status of work related to the Committee’s charge and the three themes established in August of 2012: standards, communities as learning systems for health, and convergence, and (2) define the 2014 work of NCVHS in a way that connects to important issues that will be ongoing for years to come and directs proper staffing and support.
