  • Align NCVHS projects and priorities with Department goals: Review activities, plans and goals of the Committee, Subcommittee and Workgroups for 2007 and early 2008
  • Identify cross-cutting issues and possible synergies across subcommittees and workgroups, as well as with other groups and entities
  • Review Committee Organization, and member participation, to increase effectiveness (Are we optimally configured and positioned to do our best work?)
  • Identify our successes, weaknesses and “lessons learned”
  • Complete work on the HIPAA 8th Report
