9:00 – 9:30 a.m. Review/discuss the purpose and elements of the NCVHS SS Initiative Subcommittee
9:30 – 10:30 a.m. Discussion of how much total time we will need for this initiative, how many panels (types of organizations), and what we need to hear and learn:

  • What is being done
  • What is not working
  • What needs to be done

Identify the time needed to prepare draft recommendations and have them refined and vetted through the NCVHS process

10:55 – 11:30 a.m. Map the total amount of time needed against the NCVHS caldendar for next year Subcommittee
11:30 – 12:00 p.m. Any other NCVHS Standards Subcommittee issues to prepare for the Executive Subcommittee Retreat Subcommittee
